Sponsor and Vendor Opportunities
These levels include both monetary and in-kind donations.
Submit a Sponsor/Vendor Application!
All sponsor logos to be printed on the Pride T-shirt must be submitted no later than June 1st – we will not be able to make any exceptions after this date. The deadline for all logos to be placed on the Palouse Pride website is August 1st. If you are making an in-kind donation, please contact Hannah at 425.791.1611 to schedule a time for us to pick-up your donation.
Registration for a Commercial booth at the Palouse Pride Festival is $50. Registration for a Non-profit/Student booth is $40.
Booths are 10ft x 10ft. Please respect your neighbors and don’t take up excess space. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs and canopies.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying Idaho State Sales Tax. Food vendors must follow state and local health codes.
Alcohol is not allowed in Moscow City Parks without a permit. Please do not bring any alcohol to this event.
If you need electricity or have any special needs or requests include them on your Vendor application.
Smoking will pose a fire hazard if the weather has been dry. Please use common sense and locate one of the provided ash trays before smoking.
Set up will be from 9:00am to Noon. Before you set up, please check with a Pride representative to find your assigned location and to fill out the Idaho State Tax Forms. In order to make sure that everyone has a pleasant experience, vendors should staff their booths for the duration of the event, from Noon to 4:00pm. Please do not leave early or begin disassembling your booth area before 4:00pm.
Clean up and teardown:
Teardown should be completed by 5:00pm. Vendors are responsible for clearing all trash from their space. The Moscow City Parks require that the park be in the same condition as it was when we arrived. The future availability of this venue is determined by the condition in which we return it.
If you plan on marching, please have your booth set up in advance. You should make sure that your booth is secure and, if possible, staffed during the march. Inland Oasis is not responsible for any items left in your booth area in your absence.
